摘要
针对韶关市区堤防的运行管理状况,为确保堤防安全运行,定期对其进行现场巡查,并选择若干代表性堤段分别对堤身沉降和位移、渗流、水位、河势等方面实施观测。同时,在完善现有设施的基础上,争取在城市抗灾应急管理体系的整体框架下早日实现全方位、多手段监测堤防运行的布局,从而及时掌控和消除防洪隐患,促使堤防持久发挥效益。
According to the Shaoguan City dike management status, and to ensure the safety running, regular on-site inspection is conducted. Meanwhile, some representative sections are selected to implement observation respectively on the dike settlement and displacement, seepage, water level and river regime. In addition, improvement is continually made to strive for overall realization of all-around, multi-means of monitoring dyke running layout in the framework of city disaster emergency management system. Thereby, a timely control can be realized and hidden dangers eliminated to ensure a lasting benefit from dike flood control.
