摘要 采用广东民办高职院校师生沟通问卷调查结果对高校师生课外沟通障碍因素进行实证研究,研究结果表明:师生课外沟通障碍由五个因素构成,分别是教师个人障碍因素、沟通文化障碍因素、学生个人障碍因素、师生关系障碍因素、沟通条件障碍因素。 This paper constructs a content structural model of after school communication barriers in civilianrun higher vocational colleges. 8 colleges in Guangdong are surveyed and efficient data is analyzed. The results from the survey show: (1) there are 5 factors forming communication barriers, which are named as teacher, communication culture, student, relationship between teachers and students, and communication conditions.
