2008年滕州市50岁及以上农村居民盲与低视力患病及其原因分析

Survey on Prevalence and Causes of Blindness and Low Vision Among Rural Adults Aged 50 Years and above,Tengzhou City,2008

[目的]了解滕州市50岁及以上农村居民盲、低视力患病情况及其致病原因,为群体性防盲治盲工作提供政策依据和基础资料。[方法]2008年4月,对滕州市4 916名50岁及以上农村居民进行调查。[结果]调查的4 916人中,双眼盲患病率为1.57%,单眼盲患病率为2.38%,双眼低视力患病率为2.56%,单眼低视力患病率为5.29%。双眼盲、单眼盲、单眼低视力和双眼低视力的患病率,均有随着年龄的增高而上升的趋势(P<0.01);双眼低视力患病率,女性为3.18%,男性为1.79%(P<0.01)。上述4种病眼数中,白内障所致的分别占44.16%、50.43%、53.97%、45.00%,屈光不正所致的分别占3.25%、8.55%、17.06%、22.69%。[结论]滕州市50岁及以上农村居民盲和低视力患病率一般,白内障和屈光不正是其主要病因。

[Objective]To understand the prevalence and causes of blindness and low vision among rural adults aged 50 years and above in Tengzhou city,so as to provide basis and basic data for policy making in massive blindness control and prevention. [Methods]A total of 4 916 rural adults aged 50 and above were surveyed in April, 2008. [Results]The preva lence of blindness in both eyes,in one eye, and low vision in both eyes and in one eye was respectively 1.57 %, 2.38%, 2.56% and 5.29%. There were rising trends of prevalence with the age increasing. The prevalence of low vision was 3.18% and 1.79% respectively in females and males（ P〈0.01）. Among the above four kinds of diseases,those induced by cataract accounted for 44.16%,50.43% ,53. 97% ,and 45.00%respectively,and those induced by ametropia accounted for 3.25 %, 8.55 %, 17.06 %, and 22.69 % respectively. [Conclusion]The prevalence of blindness and low vision among ru- ral adults aged 50 and above in Tengzhou city is general,cataract and ametropia are the main causes.
