教师的创新能力,是指教师在课堂教学中的创新,有创新的课程思想和教学思想。教师创新能力的提高可从四个方面探讨:具有与时俱进的创新理念和创新意识;掌握现代教育技术;具有强烈的终身学习的观念和习惯;具备一定的教学研究能力。

Teacher innovation ability refers to a teacher＇s innovation in the classroom teaching, which has innovative curriculum thought and teaching thought. Teaeher~ innovation ability can be improved from four aspects： to have the contemporary innovation con- cept and innovation consciousness ; to be informed of modem educational technology; to have strong life - long learning idea and habit; and to have a certain ability of teaching research.
