摘要
叙事话语的结构分析不再拘泥于文学体裁,本文将其扩展至交际事件的研究。侦查讯问作为具有重要刑事司法意义的交际事件是一种典型的法律体裁,存在着潜在的叙事话语结构。根据拉波夫叙事性话语结构分析模式,基于自建的"中国警察侦查讯问口语语料库",我们对侦查讯问叙事话语结构进行描写和分析,说明该叙事话语结构的特殊性。
Beyond its frequent use in literature,this paper focuses on narrative structure in communicative events.The police-suspect interview,of great significance to the criminal justice system,is a typical legal genre.Within such a typical legal genre,exist potential narrative structures.Based upon Labov’s narrative analysis model,we make a description and analysis of narrative structure of the police-suspect interview in a self-built corpus,put forward a narrative constructive model,and expound the distinct characteristics of this model.
