刍议高职学生学习兴趣的培养

Humble Opinion on Training Learning Interest of Higher Vocational Students

本文基于对五百多位高职生学习状况的调查,发现高职学生学习动力不足的首要原因是学生缺乏学习兴趣,分析了影响学生学习兴趣的原因,并探讨了培养、激发学生学习兴趣的各种方式、方法。

This paper conducted a survey of more than five hundred students＇ learning situation in higher vocational colleges,and found that a lack of learning interest was the primary reason for lacking of vocational students＇ learning motivation.This paper also analyzed the influential factors of the learning interest,and formulated incentive mechanisms to promote students＇ learning.
