摘要
改革开放的三十多年里,旅游行业和酒店行业得到了空前的发展,但是也存在着明显的不足,酒店管理专业既要立足市场需求又要紧密结合成功的企业管理模式,进一步调整专业课程体系的结构。本文分析了当前酒店行业人才的现状,并进一步浅析了酒店管理专业课程体系的构建流程。
In 30 years＇ reform and opening up,the tourism industry and hotel industry has been an unprecedented development,but there are obvious deficiencies,hotel management professionals should not only based on market demand but also in close connection with the successful enterprise management mode,and further adjust the curriculum systemstructures.This paper analyzes the current situation of the hotel industry personnel and analysis of hotel management course system process.
