摘要 教师的对话智慧即教师在对话教学实施下的实践智慧。新课程改革并没有彻底改变对话教学沿袭传统教学的老路,对话课堂并没有出现大家所期盼的活力与激情,学生的创造力与灵性仍然没有得到释放。教师的实践智慧才是赋予对话活力的关键,教师对话智慧是促进对话教学有效开展的迫切要求,也是教师专业发展的客观需要。 The dialogue wisdom of the teachers is that the practical wisdom of teachers in the implementation of dialogue teaching.The new curriculum reform did not follow the traditional teaching of the old road to completely change the dialogue teaching,the dialog class and we are looking forward to the vitality and passion,the students' creativity and spirituality still not been released.The practical wisdom of teachers is given a key to the vitality of dialogue,teachers dialogue wisdom is to promote the dialogue teaching effectively carry out the urgent requirement is that the objective needs of the professional development of teachers.
