摘要
审判流程管理是对案件在人民法院的流转过程各个环节进行监控的审判管理权运行模式。本文着重分析立案、分案、法官职业化在审判流程管理模式变迁中的完善,并间或探讨实质法治下受案范围的扩大和法官的作用。
