摘要
本文通过对新闻英语标题的主要特点进行深入的分析,结合跨文化交际理论以及翻译技巧研究成果。提出了以采取翻译权衡的翻译技巧、采取深入新闻内容的目的化翻译技巧为主要手段的新闻英语标题翻译技巧。从而为准确地翻译新闻英语标题,领会新闻英语标题的语言规律提供了科学的参考。
