The Role of the Nursing Home Social Worker to Volunteer Service——Take a Nursing Home in Shanghai City as an example

本研究旨在探讨在养老院社会工作者对志愿服务的作用。以上海市某养老院为例,通过文献收集和问卷调查,在实务操作层面,探讨志愿者服务模式,分析社会工作与志愿服务的结合,并立足于现有实践归纳养老院中的社会工作者引领志愿服务的模式及功效。

In this paper,we focus on the discussion of the contribution of elderly home social worker to volunteer activity.Using one typical nursing home as a example,we introduce the social worker and volunteer inter activity in Shanghai elderly home.Through literature review and questionnaire survey,in the practice operation level,this paper discusses the volunteer service mode and analysises the cooperation of social work and volunteer in the operation phase.And based on the existing practice,summarizes the mode and efficacy of social worker leading and instructing the volunteer service.
