摘要
本文对黑龙江省耕地资源利用现状进行分析,从耕地生产性、耕地稳定性、耕地保护性、经济可行性和社会接受性五方面构建耕地可持续利用评价指标体系,运用熵值法和多因素综合评价法定量计算并分析黑龙江省2005～2009年耕地可持续利用状况,客观地评价耕地可持续利用水平的变化程度。
The paper starting from the survey of the present situation of the cultivated land resources of Heilongjiang province,To establishes the evaluation index system of sustainable use of cultivated land from productivity,security,protection,viability and acceptability.Calculating and anglicizing the level of sustainable use of cultivated land in Heilongjiang Provance from 2005 to 2009 by adopting entropy and aggregative index number method.
