2型糖尿病肾脏病变患者血白细胞介素一6与同型半胱氨酸的变化 被引量:3

Changes of the serum interleukin-6 and homocysteine in patients with type 2 diabetic kidney dis-ease

摘要 目的通过观察2型糖尿病患者血白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平变化及其与尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的关系,探讨其在糖尿病肾病发病机制中的作用。方法选取2型糖尿病患者90例(所有患者均符合2005年美国糖尿病协会诊断及分型标准),根据UAER分为单纯糖尿病组、早期肾病组和临床肾病组三组,并选取健康查体者30名作为对照组。所有受检者均测定UAER、IL-6、Hcy、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素水平。结果糖尿病组血IL-6、Hcy水平明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),糖尿病肾病组血Hcy、IL-6水平显著高于单纯糖尿病组(P〈0.01),IL-6、Hcy水平与胰岛素敏感性呈负相关、与UAER呈正相关。结论随着UAER的增加,血IL石、Hcy的水平逐渐升高,血IL-6、Hcy可能参与了糖尿病肾病的发病过程,参与糖尿病的微血管病变。 Objective By observing the changes of serum interleukin-6 and homocysteine in the patients with type 2 diabetes and the relationship between the levels of interleukin-6, homocysteine and u- rinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) ,to study their roles in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods According to the urinary albumin excretion rate ,90 patients with type 2 diebetes were divided into three groups, simple diabetic group, early stage diabetic nephropathy and the clinical nephropathy group, 30 healthy people were choosed as control group. The UAER, IL-6, Hcy, FBG, FINS were detec- ted. Results The levels of IL-6, Hcy were higher in T2DM group than those in control group (P 〈 0. 01 ) , and were higher in diabetic nephropathy group than those in simple diabetic group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The levels of IL-6, Hcy were negatively correlated with insulin sensitivity, and positive correlated with UARE. Conclusions IL-6, Hey may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and dia- betic microangiopathy.
