摘要
以小鼠为试验模型,对枳椇子饮料的解酒效果进行了研究。以翻正反射和血醇含量为指标,分别对枳椇子饮料对小鼠醉酒率及睡眠时间的影响,及弱碱性和酸性枳椇子饮料及灌胃顺序对小鼠血醇含量的影响进行了讨论。结果表明,碱性环境下大剂量组和酸性环境下小剂量组小鼠醉酒率分别为 30%和 70%,睡眠时间分别为对照组的 56.4%和 76.5%;相同时间段,弱碱性枳椇子饮料的解酒效果更加明显,小鼠血醇含量较低;在 30min、120min 和 180min 时,先饮料后酒组小鼠血醇含量分别是 1.982±0.256mg/ml、3.725±0.285mg/ml、3.252±0.249mg/ml,为对照组的 87.7%、69.2%、69.4%;而先酒后饮料组则是 1.782±0.687mg/ml、3.498±0.627mg/ml、3.112±0.569mg/ml,为对照组的 78.9%、64.9%、66.4%。
Mice were used as the experimental models to study the anti-alcoholism effects of Hovenia dulcis Thunb beverages. With righting reflex and blood alcohol concentration as the indicators, a discussion was made on the effects of the beverages on the mice's alcoholism rate and sleep time as well as those of weakly alkaline and acidic beverages and intragastric administration sequences on blood alcohol contents in the mice. The results showed that the alcoholism rates of the high-dose mice group under alkaline circumstances and low-dose mice group under acidic circumstances were 30% and 70%, respectively, and the sleep times were 56.4% and 76.5% of the control group, respectively; at the same time, the anti-alcoholism effects of weakly alkaline beverages were more obvious and blood alcohol contents in the mice were lower; in 30, 120 and 180 min, blood alcohol contents in the mice group taking in the beverages first were 1.982 ± 0.256, 3.725 ±0.285 and 3.252 ±0.249 mg/ml, respectively, 87.7%, 69.2% and 69.4% of the control group; and those in the mice group taking in alcohol first were 1.782± 0.687, 3.498± 0.627 and 3.112 ± 0.569 mg/ml, respectively, 78.9%, 64.9% and 66.4% of the control group.
