摘要
研究表明 ,冷天花空调方式具有舒适性好、节约能源等特点。在国外已经有了比较普遍的应用。本文结合我国的材料条件、加工能力等具体情况 ,在对冷却顶板热工性能理论分析的基础上 ,对冷天花冷却顶板进行了热工实验研究和对实验结果进行正交分析。研究结果表明 ,在影响冷却顶板传热性能的多种因素中 ,冷却顶板内部的冷媒管管间距、冷却顶板的板面材料导热性能等与冷却顶板传热 (冷 )量有显著的相关性 ,而冷媒管管径、冷却顶板的厚度等与冷却顶板传热量的相关性不明显。并由此得出在我国加工生产冷天花冷却顶板的选材原则和内部结构的优化原则。
According to research work, chilling ceiling air conditioning systems are noted for their better indoor air comfort and energy saving, and has been widely applide in west countries. This paper makes series of thermal process reserarach for chilling ceiling panels and finds out factors by which the amounts of heat transfer is affected. According to the calculation, experiment work and analysis, it can be concluded that the distance between cooling water tubes, the thermal resistance of cooling panel and the viscose which binds the panel and cooling water tubes are interrelated to the heat transfer and the thickness fo panel, the diameter and the material of cooling water tube are less related to the heat transfer. Then, the material of chilling panels and the optimized cooling panel construction are made.
