摘要
分析小样浆纱机对实际生产的模拟程度。以断裂强力、断裂伸长率、3 mm毛羽数和耐磨次数为检验指标,将GA391型小样浆纱机上所浆纱线与工厂实际生产中GA306型浆纱机所浆纱线进行了对比。试验表明:小样机浆出纱线与工厂实际生产中浆出纱线间的断裂强力和耐磨次数差异小,而断裂伸长率和毛羽差异较大。指出:小样浆纱机浆出纱线的断裂强力和耐磨性能可以模拟工厂上浆对原纱的增强和减磨作用,但不能模拟生产中浆纱的减伸及毛羽情况。
Simulation degree of sample sizing machine to actual production was analyzed. Breaking strength, break- ing elongation rate and 3 mm hairiness were selected as test index, yarn sized by GA391 single sample sizing machine was contrasted with yarn sized by GA306 sizing machine in production. The test shows that differences between breaking strength and wear resistance number of the two kinds of sized yarn are less, the differences between breaking elongation rate and hairiness are larger.
