摘要
为了阐明同核不同细胞质的小麦雄性不育系、保持系、恢复系之间酯酶同工酶的异同,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)对T型、Q型、AL型三种小麦雄性不育系及其保持系、恢复系等合计35个材料的孕穗期旗叶和幼小穗中的酯酶同工酶进行了研究。结果表明,保持系与恢复系在旗叶和幼小穗的酯酶同工酶上未发现明显差异。但不同不育系(TA92-8、QA92-8、AL92-8)之间以及与其同核保持系(绵阳92-8)之间存在差异。其中,Q型不育系在旗叶和幼小穗酯酶同工酶上与同核保持系一致,但T型、AL型不育系比其保持系多2条旗叶期酯酶同工酶谱带(ESTa-8,9)。上述结果说明,不育系与保持系之间的谱带差异可能与特定核质互作有关。本研究为T型、Q型、AL型不育系的区分提供了一个有效的方法。
