摘要
为了明确小麦种质Centrum的抗条锈性特征及抗性遗传规律,分别在杨凌和天水两地对其进行成株期抗条锈性评价,并以CYR29、CYR31、CYR32、CYR33、Su11-4、Su11-5、Su11-7、CH42等8个条锈菌生理小种对其进行苗期抗谱分析,以CYR29和CYR32对Centrum与感病亲本Avocet S构建的BC1、F2和F3群体进行苗期抗条锈病遗传分析。结果表明,Centrum在杨凌混合小种圃和天水自然诱发圃成株期均为免疫反应,苗期对所有参试小种均表现为免疫或近免疫;抗病遗传分析表明Centrum对CYR29和CYR32的抗性分别由同一对显性基因控制。
The Germany wheat cultivar Centrum had a good resistance to stripe rust. It is important to know the characterization and inheritance of resistance to stripe rust for exploring and using the resist- ance sources in wheat breeding. During 2008-2011, the field resistance of Centrum to stripe rust was e- valuated in artificial nursery with mixed races at Yangling and in natural nursery at Tianshui, respec- tively. The resistance spectral was investigate at seedling stage under greenhouse with eight Chinese prevalent isolates of Puccinia triticina; and the inheritance of resistance was investigate with F1 plants, F2 plants, F3 lines and BC1 population derived from a cross of Centrum and the susceptible line Avocet, inoculated with two isolates CYR29 and CYR32 respectively. The results showed that Cen- trum has high level field resistance to stripe rust, and was immuned or nearly immuned to all testd PST isolates in seedling stage. The data of inheritance showed that the resistance to CYR29 and CYR32 were conferred by the same single dominant gene.
