摘要
采用辉光放电的方法 ,合成了α-C3 N4粉末。分别用 X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜观察了样品的结构和形貌 ,并探讨了退火处理对试样结构的影响。
Glow discharge technique was successfully applied to prepare α\|C_3N_4 powders. The structure and morphology of the product are characterized by means of X\|ray diffractography (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), respectively. The structural variation of the specimen during annealing is also discussed.
