摘要 中国旅游饭店星级评定制度的实施及其4次修订,既见证了饭店产业的发展历程,也切实推进、提升了服务质量和产品品质。通过对其建构、内容变迁的回顾,笔者指出:我国旅游饭店星级评定制度在评定主体结构上,需要由政府"主办型"向"主导型"转变;在评定内容上,需强调市场导向、功能型、定性型、新元素标准及与现代科技同步;在评定过程上,则要注重投入、缩短修订周期和持续监督。 The implementation and four amendments of Chinese star rating system in hospitality have witnessed the development and enhanced its quality of service and product of the hotel industry. Through its establishment and content change, the article pointed out.. in the assessment of structure, the Chinese star system needs to be changed from government--sponsored to govern- ment- led ; in the assessment of content, the Chinese star system needs to be market-oriented, functional . qualitative standard and new elements; in the assessment of process, the Chinese star system has to focus on investment.shorten revision cycle and contin- uous supervision.
