摘要
从房车旅游的概念和特点入手,分析了我国房车产业的发展历程、现状和问题;提出和论证了房车旅游的发展条件,包括房车生产水平、营地建设情况、交通法规与标准、市场需求和消费水平等,据此构建房车旅游的供需产业链和发展评估模型;提出在房车旅游发展初期,应通过客观的市场分析选择合适的发展路径和经营模式;充分考虑国内旅游者的消费心理和行为习惯,以概念推广和市场培育为中心,因地制宜地发展具有中国特色的房车旅游,并提出相应的对策和建议。
Starting with defining the concept and characteristics of Recreation Vehicle and OHVR (Off--Highway Vehicle Rec- reation), this article reviews the development of recreation vehicle industry in China, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of OHVR, and elaborates on the developing conditions for OHVR, including production scale, camp destruction, traffic laws, service facilities and consumption demand. A model of OHVR industry chain is built up in the article and the conclusion is that in the early stage of OHVR, emphasis should be put on promoting the concept and cultivating the markets based on the con- sumption custom of Chinese consumers, and the countermeasures on how to choose the suitable business model of OHVR on local conditions is also proposed.
