摘要
目的:通过研究青海不同产地、不同种的红景天原植物药材中红景天苷和没食子酸的组成成分差异,为全面评价青海红景天属药材质量提供依据。方法:通过反向高效液相色谱法对青海不同产地或不同种的14个红景天样品中红景天苷和没食子酸进行了定量分析,并计算分析各成分间的结构比。结果:不同品种、不同来源的红景天原植物药材中,红景天苷和没食子酸的含量及其组成成分的结构比有较大差异。结论:由于产地、品种的不同,红景天属原植物药材中成分的组成和结构比存在差异性;成分间的结构比的差异性可能是红景天药材药效差异的根本原因,红景天属药材的质量应该从成分量和结构比两方面进行严格控制。
Objective:To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analysing salidroside and gallic acid from five different kinds of Radix Rhodiola in different areas of Qinghai. Methods: The contents of salidroside and gallic acid from five different kinds of Radix Rhodiola in different areas of Qinghai was determined by RP-HPLC, and proportions between the constituent structure was analyzed. Results:There were significant differences in salidroside and gallic acid content and the proportions between the constitu-ent structure from different species. Conclusion : The difference of proportions between the constituent structure indicates the differ-ence of pharmacodynamic action.
