车前草配方颗粒正交提取工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:优选车前草配方颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计L9(34),以大车前苷含量、出膏率为指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为参数进行提取工艺的优选。结果:最佳工艺条件为10倍量的水,回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定、合理、可行。 Objective:To optimize the process of Plantain compound granules with orthogonal test. Methods:Use orthogonal de sign L9 (34 )to screen out the best extraction condition with the transfer rate of Plantamajoside and rate of total solids for index,take the water doses,extracting time and times as the factors. Results: The best extraction is obtained after herb is extracted with 10 folds of water for 3 times and 1.5h each time. Conclusion : The technology has a high extraction rate of active ingredients and is sta-ble and suitable.
