RP-HPLC法测定香莲霜中丁香酚含量

Determination of Eugenic Acid in XiangLlian Cream by RP-HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定医院制剂香莲霜中丁香酚的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm;进样量10μL;室温检测。结果:丁香酚在0.02733～1.09312μg/mL范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,供试品溶液在24h内稳定,平均回收率为96.16%,RSD=1.47%。结论:该方法简单快速,精密度高,稳定性较好,结果准确可靠,可以用于香莲霜中丁香酚的含量测定。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of eugenic acid in Xianglain cream.Methods：The content was determined by HPLC.The analysis was carried on C18 column,the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water（70：30） with a flow speed at 1.0ml/min and the UV detection wave length was at 280 nm,the column termperature was indoortemperature..Sample size was 10μl.Results：eugenic acid was in the good linear range when the sample size was between 0.0273~1.0931μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate was 96.16%,RSD=1.47%.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and can be used to quality control of Xianglian cream.
