利培酮与氯氮平对脑电图影响的对照观察

Electroencephalogram(EEG) in Patients Treated by Risperidone and Clozapine

目的:研讨利培酮与氯氮平对脑电图的影响及差异。方法:符合CCMD-3诊断标准精神分裂症患者,对服用利培酮85例和氯氮平73例治疗的患者,分别在治疗前、治疗后2、4、8、12周进行脑电图检查,并记录用药剂量进行观察。结果:利培酮组脑电图异常率16.47%,氯氮平组脑电图异常率68.49%,两组比较有明显的差异(P<0.01)。结论:利培酮引起脑电图异常远轻于氯氮平。

Objective：To study EEG features of patients treated with Risperidone and Clozapine.Methods：Schizophrenic patients who conformed to the diagnostic criteria of CCMD-3 were randomly divided into 2 groups,Risperidone group（85 cases） and Clozapine group（73 cases）.EEG was tested before the treatment and after 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks treatment.The dosage was also recorded.Results：The abnormal rates were 16.47% in Risperidone group and 68.49% in Clozapine group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：EEG abnormalities occur much less in patients treated with Risperidone than in patients treated with Clozapine.
