摘要
采用互感耦合模型对无负载和有负载条件下的电磁场分布及液柱形状进行了数值模拟,计算了铝合金圆锭电磁铸造的互感耦合系数,实验测定了无负载和有负载条件下的电磁场分布及液柱形状,结果表明与数值模拟结果吻合较好.得出采用斜边感应器显著削弱感应器上部的磁场强度,能获得合理的液柱形状的结论.
Distributions of electromagnetic field without load, with load of having screen or having not screen were simulated by using of mutual inductance coupling model in the electromagnetic casting.Mutual inductance coefficients of the round Al ingot were calculated. Distributions of electromagnetic field with load and without load were measured by experiment. Comparing calculated results with measured ones made out that they are relatively well coincident with each other. When the inductor slopes down to the ingot, the magnetic induction was weakened obviously in the upper part of inductor and the shape of liquid column was improved.
