摘要
铌酸锂(Li NbO3)波导强度调制器应用广泛,但是其偏置电压由于温度及热电效应的影响会产生缓慢漂移,影响到调制器输出功率和小信号响应曲线。针对Li NbO3强度调制器在脉冲调制中的应用,设计了一种基于P89C669单片机的自动偏置控制电路方案,测试结果表明,该电路能够对调制器的偏置电压漂移进行有效跟踪和调节,确保调制器输出功率的稳定。
The LiNbO3 wave-guide intensity modulator is applied extensively,but it's bias voltage will drift a little slowly because of temperature and pyroelectric effect and it's output power and small signal responce curve will be influenced.A design of automatism bias control circuit based on P89C669 for applications of pulse modulating using LiNbO3 intensity modulator.Test result shows that the circuit can track and regulate the drift of bias voltage effectively and insure to the stability of the output power of the modulator.
