摘要
采用胶体化学方法制得了粒径为10nm左右的表面修饰的CdO纳米粒子。其吸收带边蓝移至3.6eV,首次在室温观测到其波长在398~412nm内的较强发光。
Xylene sol of St coated Cdo nanoparticles with diameters of about 10nm were prepared by colloidal chemistry The energy of absorption edge of the CdO nanoparticles is blue shift to 3.6eV and the emission band centered bebeen 398nm and 412nm were found at room temperature for the fiot time. The emission properties of the CdO nanoparticles is closely associated with its structure.
