互联网审稿以其经济性、时效性、环保性、管理的科学性等特点冲击着传统模式的期刊编辑审稿工作，借助互联网可以帮助期刊编辑判断选题是否研究热点以及选题的学术价值还有文章的前沿性、创新性；建立审稿专家库，实现作者、编辑、专家就文章在线沟通；网络检测，杜绝抄袭行为，防止一稿多投现象，实现编、排、校合一，提高初审质量。
It is economic,fast and low carbon that examinate essay under internet,by the approach the editor can appraise the essay’s academic value quickly,as wel as improve the quality of the articles.
