双黄连粉针剂联合胺碘酮治疗乌头碱中毒致严重室性心律失常的临床研究

Clinical study of Shanghuanglian Powder Injection combined with Amiodarone on serious ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine poisoning

目的观察双黄连粉针剂联合胺碘酮对乌头碱中毒所致严重室性心律失常的治疗作用。方法将38例乌头碱中毒所致严重室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组20例患者给予双黄连粉针剂联合胺碘酮治疗,对照组18例患者给予催吐、洗胃、导泻及胺碘酮治疗。观察两组患者症状缓解时间、症状消失时间、低血压恢复时间、心律失常好转时间、心律失常消失时间,比较两组之间的差异。结果治疗组症状缓解时间、症状消失时间、低血压恢复时间、心律失常好转时间、心律失常消失时间均明显短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论双黄连粉针剂联合胺碘酮治疗乌头碱中毒所致严重心律失常疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection combined with Amiodarone on the cases with serious ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine poisoning. Methods 38 cases with serious ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine poisoning were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in treating group treated by Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection combined with Amiodarone, and 18 cases in controlling group treated by Amiodarone combined with conventional therapy, composed of such measures as gastric lavage and administration of emetics and cathartic. Then, 5 indicators were observed including the time of symptom remissed, the time of symptom disappeared, the time of hypostension recovered, the time of serious ventricular arrhythmia remissed, the time of serious ventricular arrhyth- mia disappeared. A comparision was made among these indicators between the two groups at last. Results Shortened period of time was observed in all the 5 indicators in treating group, significantly superior to that of controlling group （all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian Powder Injection combined with Amiodarone exert significant therapeutic effects on the cases with serious ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine poisoning.
