探讨住院药房提高药学服务的体会

Discussion on the experience of improving pharmacy services of hospital pharmacies

目的探讨住院药房提高药学服务后的效果。方法调查我院实施药学服务改革后的200例病例(调查组)和实施前的200例病例(对照组)。结果调查组的用药情况均明显优于对照组,且患者满意度高达91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提高住院药房药学服务水平,能降低不合理用药情况,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of hospital pharmacies after improving pharmacy services. Methods 200 cases （investigation group） who were from our hospital after implementing pharmaceutical care reform and 200 cases （control group） who were from our hospital before implementing pharmaceutical care reform were investigated. Results The medications of investigation group were all better than that of the control group, and the patients＇ satisfaction of investigation group was 91%, there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Improving the pharmacy services of hospital pharmacies can reduce the irrational drug using and improve patient＇s satisfaction, it is worthy of promotion.
