摘要
迪那1-1井在第5次开钻Ф149.2mm井眼段钻进过程中,发生井漏,实际完钻井深5732m。针对地层压力窗口窄、套管下入难度大、对高密度水泥浆性能要求高、工程风险大等固井技术难点,固井作业采取两凝、防窜、防漏、抗盐加重水泥浆体,优化尾管悬挂施工工艺等措施,圆满地完成了固井作业施工,SBT电测裸眼段固井质量优良,为下一步试油创造了有利条件。
Dina 1-1 well in Tarim Basin is a development one located on Dina-1 higher point of eastern Qiulitage Tectonic Belt.During the 5th drilling to 149.2mm-size borehole section,there occurred lost circulation and overflow in the same layer.And the actual drilled depth is 5732m.According to the cementing difficulties such as narrow formation pressure window,casing running problem,higher requirement of high-density slurry performance and high risk,this study adopts two-setting time,anti-channeling,leak-proof and salt-resistance slurry to optimize liner hanging technology,and then completes the whole cementing successfully.SBT electric testing shows that the open-hole section has an excellent cementing quality,which creates favorable conditions for further oil testing 。
