连续油管解堵技术的应用——以普光P102-3井井筒解堵为例 被引量:10

摘要 普光气田P102-3井开井后油压下降较快,油温较低,产量无法满足正常生产要求,初步判断是地层岩屑、暂堵剂、酸压裂液以及单质硫等混合物在井壁附着,形成水合物堵塞井筒所致。采取火炬放空排液、注液氮诱喷、溶硫剂、井筒挤注热水等措施后,气井未能恢复生产,遂对该井实施连续油管解堵。在解堵作业中使用防硫化氢连续油管设备,配合喷射能力较强的冲洗工具组合利用解堵液进行冲洗,并用解堵液压井后解堵,最终使P102-3井恢复了生产。 P102-3 well of Puguang gasfield has some problems of fast-decreased oil pressure and lower temperature after well opening.So,its yield can not meet the requirements of normal production.It is primarily concluded that the reason is from hydrate plugging,which formed by the mixture of strata cuttings,temporary plugging agent,acid fracturing fluid and elemental sulfur sticking to borehole wall.Some measures such as torch blowdown flowing back,liquid nitrogen injection,dissolving sulfur agent and wellbore hot-water injection are not effective for restoring production.But,a coiled-tubing equipment of hydrogen-sulfide control is adopted,combining with strong-spraying washing tools and plugging-removal fluid,for plugging removal.After well killing,the production is finally restored.The successful plugging removal provides valuable experiences for well plugging of Puguang gasfield and other similar ones 。
