优化多元经济产权结构的实践与探索——以中国石油西南油气田公司华油集团为例

Practice and Exploration of Property Right Structure Optimization on Enterprises with Diversified Economy Development Mode-Illustrated by the Case of Huayou(Group) Corporation of Southwest Oil and Gas Field,PetroChina

针对西南油气田公司华油集团多元经济产权结构复杂、出资者不到位、产权链接不清晰、管理模式不合理等问题,开展了一系列优化多元经济产权结构的实践与探索,建立起了产权清晰、法人治理结构完善的新型公司制度,实现了企业竞争力、HSE管理水平、内控与经营管理水平的全面提升以及用户规模、经营收入、净利润、所有者权益的"四个翻番"。

To solve the problems in diversified economy management of Huayou(Group) Corporation such as property right structure is complex,investor is not in place,property rights link is not clear and management mode is not reasonable,a lot of practice and exploration on property right structure optimization aiming at diversified economic body are made.As a result,a new corporation system with clear property rights,sound corporate governance structure is set up.Under this system,enterprise competitiveness,HSE management level,internal control and management level of the company are fully improved and four indexes including user dimension,operating income net profit and the owner's equity are all realize double increase.
