摘要
分析了我国企业与国外企业的不同及差距，指出在我国工业企业推行工业工程的重要意义，提出了我国应努力培养高素质的工业工程师。
The distinctions and shortages between china enterprises and foreign enterprises are analysed. And the significance of carrying out industrial engineering in china industrial enterprises is provided. Also. it is necessary that our own high quality industrial engineers should be trained.
