摘要
磨损是机械设备机件损坏的主要形式之一。目前,工业界正致力于改进其产品,元件应当更为耐用,磨损件则应更为可靠、无故障。为减少维修费用、设备停车时间及停车损失,控制磨损已十分必要。本文介绍了机械磨损控制的系统分析思路并给出了一个磨损控制实例。
Wear is one of the major forms of material deterioration that takes place
in the mechanical equipment.As industry strives to improve its productivity,the
need for longer lasting components,reliability and trouble free performance of
wear-parts is greatly increased.To cut down the maintenance cost,equipment
downtime and lost productivity,wear control is very necessary.A systems
method of wear control is described and a practical instance is presented in
this papar.
