摘要
基于升温曲线确定隧道火灾场景的描述方法,可以用隧道标准火灾曲线或基准曲线对火灾情况进行描述。确定火灾情况下隧道温度计算方法,结合衬砌材料在高温时的热工参数,根据有限单元法计算了隧道衬砌在5种标准火灾曲线和三种不同最高温度的基准曲线下的温度分布,给出了火灾高温下衬砌结构内部的温度场分布情况,总结出影响隧道衬砌结构温度分布的最主要因素为火灾的最高温度和持续时间;并给出了典型HC曲线下隧道衬砌内部的温度场拟合公式,为后续的衬砌结构热力耦合分析提供了依据。
Based on description of tunnel fire scenarios established by temperature curves, it is reliable to describe fire cases according to the tunnel standard curve or the datum curve. The calculating method of tunnel temperature under fire cases is proposed and the thermo technical parameters of lining materials under high temperatures are taken into account. The temperature distribution of tunnel linings for five different standard fire curves and three datum curves differing in extreme temperatures are simulated by FEM. As can be seen from the temperature field inside tunnel linings, the main factors affecting temperature distribution are the extreme temperature and duration of fire. A fitting formula for temperature distribution for tunnel linings under a typical HC fire temperature curve has been given, which will provide references for the subsequent analysis for thermo-mechanieal coupling of tunnel linings.
