重庆市忠县三期Ⅰ类地灾防治工程设计变更分析

Analysis on Design Change of the Third Period Type I Disaster Prevention and Control Project at Zhongxian,Chongqing

针对库区地灾防治项目设计变更现状,以重庆市忠县三期应急Ⅰ类地灾防治项目为例,对设计变更资料进行了整理和分析,归纳了6项设计变更主要内容,并总结了7种引起设计变更的原因。最终提出控制工程设计变更管理的措施及建议。以期将今后各类项目建设工程的设计变更工作做得更好。

This article aims at the design change situation of disaster prevention project in the Three gorges reservoir area, taking the third period type I disaster prevention emergency project in Zhongxian Chongqing as an example ,to have the change of the design data collection and analysis. It summarizes the of contents six main design changes, and sums up seven kinds of reasons causing the design change. The paper puts forward control engineering design change management measures and suggestions, hoping to make the design change work for aU kinds of construction project better.
