摘要 以油酸、异丁醇、大豆油等为微乳化剂制备可以稳定保存1年的微乳化甲醇柴油,并对微乳化甲醇柴油的流动性进行了试验研究。测定了不同温度下微乳化甲醇柴油掺混不同比例的甲醇、油酸、异丁醇、大豆油时的黏度值;同时测定了甲醇、油酸、异丁醇、大豆油不同掺混比的微乳化甲醇柴油的凝点和冷滤点。研究发现:甲醇柴油组分直接影响其黏度,20℃时黏度随甲醇含量和异丁醇含量增加而下降,随油酸含量和大豆油含量增加而升高;凝点和冷滤点随甲醇含量、异丁醇含量和大豆油含量增加而降低,随油酸含量增加而升高。 Microemulsified methanol-diesel, blended by oleic acid, isobutyl alcohol, soybean oil et al. as a blended fuel able to be stored in stable state for one year, was prepared for its fluidity investigation. Viscosity of the methanol-diesel blends with different ratios of mixed methanol, oleic acid, isobutyl alcohol and soybean oil at different temperatures, as well as their solidification point and cold filter plugging point, were measured. The experimental results show that the constitution directly influences viscosity of blends. At 20℃, viscosity lowers with methanol and isobutyl alcohol fraction increasing; and increases with oleic acid and soybean oil fraction increasing. Solidification point and cold filter plugging point lower with methanol, isobutyl alcohol and soybean oil fraction increasing, and increase with oleic acid increasing.
