单缸柴油机采用可变冷却方案的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 从柴油机冷却特点出发,提出一种适应性更好的可变冷却方案,并通过试验研究对比了可变冷却方案对柴油机经济性和排放性的影响。试验结果表明:采用可变冷却方案后,柴油机冷却系统的散热能力得到有效保证,使得柴油机无论在增速或增扭过程中均能有效防止柴油机冷却液温度过高。可变冷却方案能有效缩短柴油机预热时间,并在预热工况下油耗率降低的最大幅度为16%,试验工况下采用可变冷却方案还可以不同程度地降低NOx、HC、CO和碳烟排放。 A variable cooling scheme with better adaptability was proposed and explored its influence on engine economy and emissions through actual engine test. Results show that by using the variable cooling scheme, the engine cooling system capacity is effectively guaranteed, on longer limited to change of operation conditions, no matter while speed or torque increasing, it is effective to reduce engine overheat possibility. It is found that the variable cooling scheme can effectively shorten engine preheating time and reduce specific fuel consumption by 16% mostly in preheating condition, NOx, HC, CO emissions and smoke in experimental conditions can also be reduced to different degrees.
