一种颗粒追踪算法在内燃机中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在固定网格颗粒追踪算法基础上,提出了一种非结构化动网格中颗粒追踪的算法。将追踪过程分为2步:第1步计算网格移动后颗粒所处单元,第2步按固定网格颗粒追踪算法进行追踪。针对复杂网格中非平面问题应用了虚拟三角化的处理方法,并与文献中算法进行对比,结果显示出明显的高效性,并通过贯穿度的对比验证了其准确性。将此算法用于内燃机缸内过程,并将计算的压力缸内压力的计算值与试验值进行对比,最高压缩压力处误差为1.7%,验证了程序的可行性。 On basis of the particle tracking algorithm on the fixed mesh, a particle tracking algorithm on unstructured moving mesh was presented. The tracking process could be performed by two steps: to decide the cell which the particle located in after mesh moving firstly, and then to proceed the tracking algorithm on fixed mesh. Dummy triangularization method was presented to solve the non planar trouble in complex grids. In comparison of CPU time, the new algorithm has clearly advantage than a recent algorithm introduced by literature for a spray into a fixed chamber with different particle numbers. The veracity is validated by comparing the penetration with literature. This algorithm is applied in fuel spray process for internal combustion engine, the error of predicted cylinder pressure profiles in cylinder is 1.7% compared with the measured data, its feasibility is validated.
