摘要
随着医院运营和发展所处的环境变化,落后的医院财务流程应及时加以优化。文章以BPR理论和PDCA理论为基础,提出医院财务流程优化的前提、目标及信息技术在其中的重要作用,同时对医院财务流程优化的有关实践进行简要评析。
In face of the changes of hospital operation and development with the development of the society, backward financial processes should be timely optimized. Based on the BPR theory and PDCA theory, this article puts forward the premise and objectives of process optimization of hospital financial and the importance of information communication technology in it and briefly analyzes some practice of process optimization of hospital financial.
