摘要
利用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件对邦定机压头结构进行热应变分析,得出压头工作面热变形规律,为压头结构设计和改进提供了重要依据。
This paper makes analysis on the thermal-strain of press part of Bonding machine by using SolidWorks simulation software, and draws the thermal deformation graphs of the part. This information provides an important basis for the structure design and improvement of the part.
