摘要
Hairpin滤波器在无线通信和卫星通信中应用广泛,基于此根据Hairpin滤波器微带设计的基本理论出发,设计了一款X波段的宽带带通滤波器,中心频率为9 GHz,带宽为2 GHz,插入损耗和带外抑制都达到了指标要求,并且通过ADS和HFSS两个软件的电磁仿真进行了对比和相互验证。
Hairpin filter has been widely used in wireless and satellite communications. The paper designs a wideband bandpass filter in X-band based on the theory of how to design Hairpin filter with microstrip. The central frequency is 9 GHz, and the bandwide is 2 GHz. The insert loss and attenuation of stopband also reach the target. At last, ADS and HFSS are used to simulate and validate the result.
