叙述了射频电阻芯片生产工艺的开发与试制过程,确定了射频电阻芯片的生产工艺,为实现射频电阻芯片的贴片化奠定了基础。
This paper describes the development and manufacturing process of rf resistance chip producing technology, determines the rf resistance production technique. It sets the foundation for the implements of rf resistance chip with patch.
