摘要
以海上编队一体化作战需求为牵引,以提升编队整体指挥决策效能为目的,在系统地分析了编队指挥决策的协同与协作的基础上,提出了编队一体化协作指挥决策的概念,并探讨了协作的一体化、指挥决策过程的一体化及元决策与指挥决策的一体化,对进一步研究编队一体化协作指挥决策过程和面向协作的辅助决策技术有着重要的参考意义。
With the purpose to meet the demands of integrative warfare of maritime formation, and to improve the efficiency of holistic command decision-making of maritime, based on systematically analyzing the broad sense and narrow sense of collaboration command decision-making, the conception of integrative collaborative command decision-making is put tbrward, furthermore, integration of collaboration, integration of the process of command decision-making, and integration of the meta-decision-making and command decision-making are discussed, which is meaningful for studying process of collaborative command decision-making and technology of collaboration-oriented assistant decision-making
