北本水电项目实施中的人力资源本土化问题研究

Study of Human Resources Localization Issue in Pak Beng Hydropower Project

北本水电站是我国大唐集团在老挝境内以BOT方式开发建设的第一个大型水电项目。结合北本项目实际,对项目实施人力资源本土化的必要性、制约因素进行了研究分析。根据老挝以及项目实际情况,提出了具体措施和发展设想。

Pak Beng Hydropower Station is the first large-scale hydropower project developed and constructed by China Datang Corporation in BOT mode in Lao. The practical condition of Pak Beng project is combined to study and analzye the necessity and limitation factors of human resource localization in project implementation. Specific measures and the development vision are proposed according to actual condition of Lao and the project.
