嵊州市并网小水电站孤网异常运行对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于嵊州市小水电通常在附近10KV农村供电线路上T接并网,易出现并网运行小水电带着本线路负荷进入孤网运行的异常状况。在上述异常状态时,仅配有常规继电保护装置的电站,不能可靠动作关机。研究认为,可将线路的频率偏差大小作为判断电站与大网并列还是孤网运行的依据,采用频率监测装置控制跳闸停机,在现阶段的试用中,起到了较好的效果,具有一定的推广价值。 Shengzhou small hydropower is usually combined on near 10KV rural power lines through T joint, and the abnormal condition that the grid operation small hydropower enters into the isolated network for operation with load of own line can be easily generated. When the above-mentioned abnormal state is generated, the power station which is only equipped with conventional relay protection device can not be reliably acted and shut own. Studies suggest that the frequency deviation size of the line can be used as the basis for judging whether the power station is in parallel with the major grid or operated alone, the frequency monitoring device can be adopted to control the trip-down, it has good results at this stage of the trial, and has certain potential market value.
