北京地区社区卫生服务药学专业人员岗位培训理论考试成绩相关影响因素分析及评估

Analysis and Evaluation of Influential Factors of Examination Scores Pharmacists from Community Health Care Institutions in Beijing Area after Training

目的:了解北京市社区卫生服务药学专业人员规范化岗位培训的效果及影响因素,为以后的岗位培训提供参考。方法:对参加2007-2011年北京市社区卫生服务药学专业人员规范化培训考试的18个县区,3223名考生基本情况、考试成绩及可能的影响因素进行统计分析。结果:社区卫生服务药学专业人员岗位培训理论考试的平均合格率为65.37%。不同类别医疗卫生机构考生构成不同,二级医院接受教育程度和职称结构显著优于一级医院(P<0.01)。考试通过率的影响因素包括教育背景、职称、从业年限、年龄、医院类别等,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄在30～39岁、从业年限在10～19年的考生通过率最高(75.55%,P<0.01;72.61%,P<0.05),通过率随着学历、职称而提高(P<0.05),二级医院考生通过率显著高于一级医院(P<0.05)。结论:借助三级医疗卫生机构的人才优势,加强岗位培训和上岗考核,是目前提高基层医疗卫生机构药学专业人员专业水平最快和最有效的措施之一。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects and influential factors of job training for pharmacists from community health care institutions in Beijing area, to provide advices of job traning. METHODS： The training of community pharmacists for 3 223 examinees from 18 counties and regions during 2007--2011 were analyzed statistically in respect of general information, exami- nation scores and potential influential factors. RESULTS： The average pass rate was 65.37%. The education background and profes- sion title of pharmacists in community health service centers were better than health service stations （P〈0.01）. The influential fac- tor of pass rate included education background, professional title, working years, age and hospital type. There was significant dif- ference（P〈0.05）. Pharmacists whose age between 30~39 years, working years between 10-19 years had the highest pass rate （75.55 %, P〈0.05; 72.61%, P〈0.05）. Higher the level of education and professional title were, higher the pass rate of examina- tion was （P〈0.05）. Pass rates of pharmacists working in community health service centers were significantly higher than those working in health service stations （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： With the help of talent advantage of three-level health care institu- tions, job training and appraisement is one of the fastest and most effective ways to improve the professional level, comprehensive quality and service ability of community pharmacists.
