香菇多糖联合NP化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的 探讨香菇多糖（Len）联合长春瑞滨和顺铂（NP方案）治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效.方法 将晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例随机分成NP方案化疗组（NP组）和NP方案联合Len治疗组（NP＋Len组）,各40例,分别给予NP方案化疗和NP联合Len治疗,比较疗效、不良反应及患者生存质量.结果 NP组CR5例,PR11例,SD16例,PD8例,有效率40.0%,控制率80.0%;NP＋Len组CR8例,PR17例,SD12例,PD3例,有效率62.5%,控制率92.5%.NP＋Len组有效率及控制率均高于NP组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.NP＋Len组白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐、食欲下降、脱发、静脉炎等不良反应发生率低于NP组.NP＋Len组患者生存质量显著高于NP组（P〈0.05）.结论 香菇多糖联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效明显,且可减少化疗引起的毒副作用,显著改善患者生存质量.

Objective Tostudy the curative effects of lentinan combined with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin （NP regimens ） on non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） . Methods Cases with late NSCLC were ramdomly divided into NP regimens group （ NP group ） and lentinan combined with NP regimens （ NP＋Len group ） . The curative effects, complication and quality of life were compared. Results CR, PR, SD and PR in NP group were 5, 11, 18 and 6, while they were 8, 16, 14 and 2. The complications in NP＋Len group were lowe than in NP group, but the quality of life was higher （ P〈0.05 ） Conclusion Lentinan combined with Vinorelbine and Cisplatin have good curative effects on NSCLC, which could significantly improve the quality of life and reduce the regmen＇ s toxicity.
